How It Works
You'll find Callio Assistant in the bottom corner of your dashboard. Open the chat window, type your question or request, and the assistant responds in real time.
When the assistant needs to make changes to your account — like updating your business hours or adding a new service — it always asks for confirmation first. You stay in control.
Each message you send to the assistant uses 1 AI message credit from your plan's quota. This keeps the feature lightweight and aligned with your existing billing. A typical setup conversation uses 10-15 messages, so the cost is minimal.
